Candidates should have applicable experience in casual fine dining, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to consistency and quality. Culinary internships are also welcomed and encouraged.
Quisisana hosts up to 150 guests each week, offering a full dining program that includes three daily meal services. Breakfast is served à la carte, featuring eggs made to order alongside classics such as French toast, pancakes, and waffles.
Lunch and dinner follow a thoughtfully planned, weeklong rotation of menus that change daily, providing variety and seasonal interest. In addition to serving our guests, the kitchen also prepares meals for our seventy staff members. Family meals offer the culinary team an opportunity to express themselves, sharing dishes inspired by their personal backgrounds and experiences.
The kitchen at Quisisana offers a dynamic, hands-on environment where skilled chefs can refine their craft and aspiring chefs can build new skills. Throughout the week, we work with a wide range of preparations, employing catering techniques that emphasize precise timing, thoughtful organization, and careful attention to final details.
