Working at Quisi

We are currently seeking performers and non-performers to join our team in a variety of roles, including the kitchen, maintenance crew, housekeeping, and dining room.

We offer 12-week contracts with full-time employment, competitive wages, housing, and three meals a day for all staff members.

Quisi is a truly special place, where your days are shared between performing and a job assignment. With the lake just steps away and a community of fellow artists around you, you can expect to work hard and play hard. You’ll also collaborate with highly skilled professionals in every department, including the Quisi kitchen.

In addition to your salary, we provide housing and meals—but perhaps most importantly, you can expect to build lasting friendships along the way. Experience is helpful, but your attitude, enthusiasm, and talent matter most to us.

• Can quickly build rapport with guests of all ages
• Have at least one year of college or relevant work experience
• Are able to commit to our full employment dates: June 7–August 31, 2026
